01
Upon request and with an agreeable schedule, I can facilitate emergency mobilization site evaluation.
02
On site I can facilitate the discovery of additional information, which can include light metering, site documentation, and interviews with residential or businesses in the surrounding area.
HERE'S
HOW IT WORKS
Site analysis includes evaluation of existing conditions, including crime prevention through environmental design, architectural keying, locking, other architectural programs, security technology, function and operation, operational security, such as policies procedures, training, pre-employment processes/criminal background investigations.

APARTMENTS
Apartments are designed for frictionless access, and amenities. Commonly attached to parking garages, and may not be located near other environmental factors that can attract crime.
I have assessed dozens of apartments and created design standards for these facility types.

HOSPITALITY, HOTEL & MOTEL
Hotels and motels face several threats and multiple vulnerabilities. There needs to be a significant investment in security management to address the porous nature of these facilities. Workplace violence challenges are only part of the problem that hotels, motels, and hospitality need to deal with. Work alone, and sex trafficking concerns are growing.

PARKING GARAGE & LOTS
Commonly the third-highest environmental location for a criminal act. I have written articles, guides, and best practices for the parking garages.

HIGH RISE &
OFFICE
I have assessed and designed multiple class office buildings and corporate headquarters. I developed the first-ever Tall Tower Guide towards proactive blending of security architecture, technology, and operations into a cohesive program to minimize loss.

CLUB, BARS &
ENTRETAINMENT
Mixing alcohol with entertainment can lead to a loss. Leveraging my leadership with guidelines, hands-on organizational development, policy, and procedure creation, let me help you understand if the recruitment, retention, and proper training of security staff was negligent or not.

MANUFACTURING
According to the Violence Project, blue-collar not white-collar is more likely to experience a workplace violence event. In fact, I have been at the forefront of workplace violence. presented, authored, and contributed to standards. I have also developed a guide to aid those with termination responsibilities toward maintaining the dignity of the employee and minimizing the possibility for them to act out.

WORKPLACE VIOLENCE
According to Tech Jury:
-
Every year, 2 million people experience some form of workplace violence
-
35% of violence incidents involve head injuries
I have conducted hundreds of workplace violence prevention services (assessment training, tabletops) as a former crisis prevention instructor common I have assessed all aspects, which can enable a part to violence. This includes policies, procedures, architectural programs, Technology(communications), environmental, prevention, management, and response elements. I recently developed a guide for involuntary separation to minimize the possibility of someone acting out.
