Workplace violence is a growing phenomenon. Workplace violence costs/damages cannot be determined. Many believe that this threat costs private companies billions in both hard/soft costs. I have been providing custom security assessments that address workplace violence, which I believe is rooted in a preventative, management, and response elements.

I am a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP). I led the development of an involuntary separation guide, am a former crisis prevention instructor
I assisted in the development of the first-ever workplace violence prevention and intervention guide and have crafted my own process using my preventative, management, and response approach methodology.
