Emergency Exit or an Escape Room Challenge?

I remember clearly seeing in the National Fire protection code that when a door has duct tape, and not less than 12 warning signs, then egress may be impeded and signage obstructed. Tape, warnings, and random signs won’t replace proper security operations and staffing planning.
